Your privacy is important to us. Tania Meacher will ask you for personal information so we can provide the services requested. We have strict security procedures in place covering the storage and disclosure of your personal information in order to prevent unauthorised access and to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The information we collect and how it is used:
When you make an enquiry through our website or by telephone, we will require certain information such as your name, address, postcode, telephone number and e-mail address for administration purposes. This will be used to provide you with information regarding your enquiry. If you book with us, this information will also be passed on to the practitioner who is fulfilling your booking.
For statistical purposes, we will gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. These log files contain standard information collected by web servers, such as client IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), operating system, etc. This information is only used internally and is not distributed or sold to a third-party. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyse trends, to administer the website and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a website’s computer and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a web site to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.
Client Consultation Forms:

This information is then used to process your bespoke package with your therapist. This information provided on your consultation form is not shared with any other third-party for marketing purposes.
