What Is A Normal menstruation Blood Flow?
The colour and consistency of your monthly menstruation bleed can reveal more than you might expect about your general health. Blood should be red and clots should be few in a normal healthy cycle. Although it is normal to start and end your menstrual cycle with a little brown blood, seeing brown blood throughout the cycle is a sign of stagnation. Brown blood at the beginning is the last month’s old lining. Brown blood at the end is months and months old lining.
A Clotted Flow
When a woman’s menstrual flow contains a lot of clots, it can suggest that blood is stagnating. In order to remedy this, make changes in your diet or take supplements that will naturally thin your blood. Omega-3 fatty acids in salmon or fish oils are good for blood thinning. Stress affects our cycle too, and we may often become out of balance emotionally as a result. Consider ways to reduce stress and what you can do to get your energy, qi, and life force flowing again.
A Light Flow
